It all started in the schoolyard- because obviously the best ideas come between questionable home packed lunch and chaotic class brake debates. What began as Erin’s delicious, sugar-fueled, weekend kitchen experiments, quickly spiraled into a full-blown donut obsession. In 2018 Knead was born, Erin created hand crafted recipes right down to perfection.

in 2023 along came Ash, equally addicted to baking and also werield okay with waking up at ungodly hours to make dough rise. She turned her childhood passion into a fulltime mission; to craft dangerously good donuts that slap….. Hard!!
