- All advertising is subject to Americana NZ Ltd approval. Americana NZ Ltd reserves to right to reject or refuse any advertisement that does not meet the spirit of the event or for any other reason. You and your agents/suppliers assume liability for all content (including text representation and copyright free images) and indemnify Americana NZ Ltd for any resulting claims against the company. You warrant that the content of your advert complies with all laws and regulations in force in New Zealand, including but without limitation the Fair-Trading Act 1986.
- Liability for typographical errors, wrong insertions, late publications and / or non-publication, due to acts of God, and all other matters relevant to this contract is limited to the amount paid for your advertisement. Once the artwork is signed off, any liability is transferred to you and your suppliers.
- Positioning of the adverts is at the discretion of the designers About Image and Americana NZ Ltd unless otherwise stated in this contract.
- An advertisement cannot be postponed or suspended by you once submitted to About Image Ltd.
- All advertising represents the creative effort of About Image. The design, creativity, illustrations, labour, composition, or material remains the property of About Image, including all rights of copyright therein. You understand and agree that you cannot authorise reproductions in whole or in part of any advertising. Display Adverts designed by About Image. Can be made available to you in an electronic format when full payment has been received.
- The price of the advert excludes GST and must be paid in accordance with About Image Ltd terms and conditions. Payments must be made in full by the 20th December. Americana NZ Ltd has the right to withdraw any unpaid advert spaces.
- This contract may not be assigned or transferred by you without the prior consent of Americana NZ Ltd
